Doosan started producing diesel engines for the first time in 1958. Doosan went into full production under the license of MAN technology in 1975, and ISUZU technology in 1979. Furthermore, Doosan began to produce the CNG engine in 1998, so our reinforced line up from Diesel engine to Natural Gas engine could supply more choices and meet the various needs of our customers. Doosan acquired Daewoo Machine in 2005 to strengthen the ability of designing and producing the engine.

1. What is your warranty period?

A:Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first (Except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation).
2. Does your generator have global warranty?
A:Yes. Gensets powered by USA famous engine, with UK famous engine, Doosan, Volvo, Iveco have the global warranty service. And the alternators Stamford, Leroysomer, Meccalte, Marathon also have the global warranty service.
3. What is your payment terms?
A:T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment, L/C at sight.
4. Can the generators be customized?
A: Ya. Penjana kami boleh disesuaikan bergantung pada keperluan terperinci pelanggan. Kami boleh membekalkan penjana untuk perniagaan sewa, kegunaan rumah, projek perindustrian, projek tentera, stesen janakuasa, dll. Penjana yang kami bekalkan sesuai untuk kegunaan dalaman dan luaran, persekitaran suhu rendah dan tinggi.

A: Ya. Untuk pesanan besar-besaran, kami boleh menggunakan logo pelanggan dan bukannya logo kami.
